Hola mi gente! Now as the summer months approach, Parades celebrating Puertorican Pride and culture begin in many locations throughout the summer months. This past Sunday I was priveledged and honored to capture one of the fist Puerto Rican Day parades in 2012 which was held in one of the New York City's outer boroughs, the Bronx. Here is a photo journalistic effort to capture a composite of the celebrities, dignitaries, hosts, workers, participants, politicians, and most important, the attending community displaying and supporting the pride and respect we all hold for our Puertorican culture and traditions.
