On Sunday , Mar 05, 2006 the Puerto Rico National Baseball Team played against The New York Mets at Port St. Lucie. The Puerto Rican team consist of stellar athletes such as Bernie Williams, Ivan Rodriguez, Cheito Cruz to name a few. The PR team was victorious 6-1 and aside from the game there was music, food and a wonderful atmosphere. This is the same team that will represent Puerto Rico at the World Baseball Classic. It was good opportunity to see our national heroes and a great day to be Puerto Rican
